A WRITER'S BLOG

Probably not the first time somebody has come up with that pun. It is the first time I ever considered using it as a title. Well to start things off I thought I would tell a little about my self. I'm 6'2' 37 years young. I live in Norfolk VA and I love writing though I haven't had anything published yet except for a letter I wrote to a magazine once. Inventing stories or plots for stories always came like second nature for me. In fact when I was younger my friends and I would make up stories just to pass the time.

Any way I am a little bit nervous about things lately. One of the things I am nervous about is I have become the new head of the Newport News Writing Group and our next meeting is on the 29th of July. I made my wife VP and we have come up for some ideas that we think will be improvements . Another thing I am nervous about is this blog. My intention is to have it  be a place where other writers can come for advice or to give it. Hopefully writers block can become a thing of the past but not likely. Well that's it for my first entry
